Membership
Agreement for
Subscribing to Danman's Music Library |
- Due to the
digital nature of the Library content, once you have logged in,
there are no refunds. All dues paid are final. See item
#11 below for more information.
- By completing
the Membership form, located at
https://secure.danmansmusic.com/secure/join_the_library.htm
I represent that I have read and agree to all of the terms of this
Library Membership Agreement. I certify that I am using
a valid credit card that I am authorized to use.
- If I choose
the monthly subscription option, I understand and I agree that I
will be billed a monthly membership fee of $10.00 for each month
I am enrolled until I cancel my Subscription. Subscribers
must cancel their enrollment at least one day before the end of
their current 30 day billing cycle to avoid being charged the next
30 day billing cycle. The 30 day billing cycle
begins on the anniversary date of your original sign-up.
- If I choose
the quarterly subscription option, I understand and I agree that
I will be billed a quarterly membership fee of $27.00 until I cancel
my Subscription. Subscribers must cancel at least one day
before the end of their current billing cycle to avoid being charged
the next billing cycle. The billing cycle begins
on the anniversary date of your original sign-up.
- If I choose
the annual subscription option, I understand and I agree that I
will be billed a yearly access fee of $100.00 for each year I am
enrolled until I cancel my Subscription. Subscribers must
cancel enrollment 2 days before the current year is up to avoid
being charged the next annual fee.
- I understand
that payment of my Subscription fee entitles me to access all
resources including the database video lessons, sheet music-notation,
lesson plans database's and the Music Learning Locker for the following
subscription period I signed up for. I also understand and
agree that all subscription fees paid are final and there is no
refund.
- You can cancel
your membership by calling directly at 949 496-6556 or by
faxing your cancellation to 949 661 1865. Faxing is best.
You must include your last name, email and password with your cancellation
notice. Due to the digital nature of this Library, there
can be NO REFUNDS.
- Within thirty
(30) days of the expiration of your credit card, we will advise
you by e-mail that your credit card is soon to expire. If we do
not receive a response from you prior to your credit card expiration,
you hereby authorize the Library to assume that your card has been
renewed for one year. This will insure you uninterrupted access
to our service.
- Subscribers
are responsible for providing all personal computer and communications
equipment necessary to gain access to the Library Service. Access
to and use of the Library Service is through a combination of an
ID, and a password. Each Subscriber must keep his password
strictly confidential. Remember your password! Write
it down somewhere safe. If you forget, click
here. Transferring or giving this password to another
person or 3rd party in not allowed and is unauthorized. Unauthorized
access to the Library Service is a breach of this Agreement and
a violation of law.
- There are
so many wonderful ways to learn music here. Use it everyday.
There is something for everyone. So use this Danman's
Library and become the musician you always wanted to be. We
guarantee you will become fluent on your instruments and the people
around you will appreciate it even more.
- This last item
is VERY IMPORTANT... After you have joined the library and access
the members section, there are no refunds. Due to the digital
nature of this Library, all access fees paid are final. The
membership fee is low enough where you can try it for a month.
If you do not have the adequate bandwidth to download the videos
in the time frame that you want, then cancel your membership. All
membership fees paid are final.
So, with all that said and done... By clicking the submit
button I am hereby advised and agree that my subscription fees are
final and there is no refund and I am committing to practice my
instrument as much as possible, or at least 20 minutes each day.
